No. If you need to be out and about on the day of your scheduled cleaning, don’t worry! Just send an email to [email protected], to let us know that you won’t be there so we can arrange specific entry instructions for our cleaners. Please note: If our employees arrive at the scheduled time and are not able to gain entry, you could be subject to a lockout fee ($50).
Our cleaners are pet lovers, but we require that dogs be secured so that they do not accidentally get loose during our time at your house. Please note: If our cleaners arrive at your home when you are away and your dog is not secured, you could be subject to a lockout fee ($50).
We bring all the cleaning supplies required to thoroughly clean your home. If you prefer that we use a certain product and provide it to us, we are happy to put it to good use!
Payment is collected after your cleaning service has been successfully rendered. We will charge the credit card on file within 24 hours of the completed appointment.
Yes! We take security very seriously. We have three levels of security in place:
1. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.
2. Our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security.
3. Credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE and layered on their own 256-bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).
We guarantee our service! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return at your convenience to make it right free of charge!
